Some of life’s most memorable moments come from something completely unplanned. Even in a setting that we may find ourselves in on a regular basis, we never know which moments will hold a special place in our memory long down the road.
It seems that not money, planning, or even people are the ultimate influence in how we remember our life. Openness and presence, on the other hand, seem to be much better indicators of this.
Our experience is not dependent on the conditions surrounding us, but the way we perceive and internalize those conditions. Whatever the weather or whomever you’re with, a beautiful memory is just around the corner, or maybe, just maybe, it’s exactly where you are right now.
Make time for “nothing”, for in those moments of freedom we can find our greatest treasure. A life full of joy, love, and happiness.
